I never saw Marmion after I left the junior school. Senior school was all about dealing with the other predator teachers.
As I said in my statement to the Garda, I armed myself in Rudiments with either my sailing knife or knitting needles, to protect myself from teachers like Marmion and Finbar Lynch
When I was sent out of class, standing at the classroom door, in Rudiments, I saw Marmion come down the back stairs, from his residence, knock on class room doors and take boys directly out of the classroom and up to his residence
In my 10 years at Belvedere, from 1974 to 1984, four heasters committed criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, by protecting predators and breaching their sacred and legal duties, to protect the innocent students.
Fr Finbar Lynch was headmaster of the junior school, for my four years there and was moved up to be assistant headmaster of the junior boys in senior school, until his sudden disappearance
Fr Finbar Lynch and Fr Barber were both aware of Marmion s abuse, but protected them rather than the students. Fr Marmion would take boys out of class and bring them up to his rooms via the back stairs that lead directly to his residence, directly above the junior school. Fr Finbar Lynch also protected his fellow Jesuit Fr "Jowles" Lynch when I reported Jowles repeatedly hitting me under the base of my skull with his middle knuckle in Latin class.
Fr Crowe was headmaster for years and never took any action against the numerous abusers teaching us, be they lay or ordained.
Fr Bruce Bradley, was informed directly by one of my abusers, Mr John Lane, when Lane knocked me unconscious in art class. Fr Bradleys response was to drop me from the team, when I had started every game that season until the day of my assault by Lane. Bradley went on to later be Headmaster and Mr John Lane, who knocked a classmate out, the same way on a different occasion, continued to teach and abuse boys.
All four of these headmasters conspired to pervert the course of justice and breach their sacred and legal duties to protect the boys in their care from the abusers
I provided the Garda with a statement to this effect, making it clear that the Jesuits are unfair to have any children in their care and that they clearly meet the legal criteria for prosecution under the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice statute.
The Jesuits organization Safeguarding and their lackies are part of the criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. They ignore, delay and deflect any and all attempts to use them as a channel for justice.
They make false statements regarding legal issues and only are Interested in counseling or facilitating an audience with the head of the Jesuits in Ireland.
Thank you so much, Mark. That is a shameful litany of dereliction of duty. One of the most sacred duties - for us all - is surely the protection of children. And for a Jesuit, who professes to follow Jesus (the clue is in the same, supposedly) to fail to do so, and wilfully fail, is perfectly shocking. I would go so far as to say evil. I am so sorry that you had this experience. I just want to clarify one thing: did Marmion take junior house boys to his room or were they young boys from the senior house?

Bloody hell, Mark! This I didn't know. He was insatiable. I suppose they would have been 11 or 12?
Riocard O Tierney was the only teacher I had, who was open about trying to protect us from a these predators.
A very decent man
Rudiments would be 9 or 10 years old
Another great article. Keep up the good work.
